During his tenure at McKinsey, where he led the global talent-to-value platform, Mike ensured top teams were aligned with strategic goals and critical roles were filled with the best-fit talent across 50+ companies. At Walmart, as Chief Talent Officer, he coached executives and accelerated the development of future leaders, significantly enhancing the pool of candidates for key roles. As CHRO at Alcoa, Mike pioneered predictive analytics linking executive compensation to metrics like employee engagement, diversity, safety, and sustainability.
