The future-forward business model that intersects strategy with human capital to promptly take the uncertainty out of the decision-making process.

Why should you care?

Primary information is power; the power of conviction and confidence in making the right business decisions and ensuring all aspects of talent delivery are met.

In today’s fiercely competitive landscape, securing a competitive advantage hinges on attracting, nurturing, and retaining top talent. Success lies in seamlessly integrating people, processes, and technologies better than competitors. Considering cultural assets as critical, data from 1,400 M&A deals reveals that cultural issues cause 30% of transactions to miss financial targets. Hence, the core goal of talent intelligence is to generate “forensic insight” – investigating future sources of change affecting a merged organization’s competitive standing. This insight blends hard data on acquired organizations’ human structures with nuanced intelligence on management styles, commitment levels, and adaptability of existing cultures. Rigorous talent intelligence mitigates confirmation bias and exposes blind spots, vital for safeguarding successful deals.

GMiQ offers unparalleled expertise in effective strategies from diverse organizational experiences, providing invaluable, proprietary talent-intelligence tools to clients.
