Earlier, at Korn/Ferry International, she rose to Senior Client Partner in New York, where she made significant contributions to the Global Corporate Directors and CEO Practices. Mattson’s board experience includes strategic roles in recruiting and rebuilding boards for Fortune 500 companies, as well as establishing boards for pre-IPO and spin-off firms. Her notable assignments encompass companies like United Technologies, Lockheed Martin, and AstraZeneca, among others. She has also led high-profile executive searches for CFOs and CEOs across midcap to Fortune 100 companies. She is active on the Board of several community senior organizations and serves as an International Advisory Board Member for Hand in Hand International, a micro-economic development program serving India, Afghanistan, China and South Africa.
